Frequently Asked Questions
What is the current Lead Time?
Our current AVERAGE lead time is:
10 – 14 Business days
We do our best to keep this number as low as possible as it insures your finishes get back to you quicker but there are processing times required for jobs and to make sure your finish is perfect the first time we ask for a minimum of 2 weeks to finish your good or product.
What Size Part can You Finish?
In some cases we can dip larger items but that does not mean we can dip everything!
What can be Hydro Dipped or Finished
We want to tell you that every thing can be hydro dipped or finished but there are limitations to what will work. Hard nonporus surfaces are best for hydro dipping. Normally Metal or Plastic are the most commonly Hydro Dipped material but we can hydro dip anything you might need to for a project. From Shoes to Animal Skulls. Covering Infinity Hydro Dipping has you covered.
How should the parts be prepped?
We appreciate that the parts brought to us are clean and completely free of dirt. No physical prepping of the part needs to be done other than it being cleaned of oil and dirt. If we do need to clean or scrub any parts there will be a 8% charge for handling. Body work and restructuring is available. If you are unsure of how to clean it, Contact us! We are here to answer all your questions.
Do you disassemble / reassemble?
Yes we do. Covering Infinity is here to help you in any way we can with your disassembly and reassembly for the Customization Process. There is a setup fee for any disassembly / reassembly which will be assessed at the time of the job. This setup charge is neglected when the parts are brought ready to be processed.
Do you Process firearms

We do not take possession of or customize any firearm in its completion. We are a CnC friendly establishment and encourage you to safely bring your unloaded firearm to our establishment upon appointment for a quote.

If you will require disassembly and reassembly of your firearm please let us know and we can arrange it with one of the local gun shops.
